On the final day, Sunday, September 7, 2014, the people of Olberode went all out with a town-wide sent of exhibits. These people, dressed in old style clothing, were demonstrating the process of making flax into linen using the old fashioned hand tools. The man with the blue vest is using a chopper in the first step to break the flax stalks apart.
